Collaboration Ayfer Koç

Since November 2025, Anne Marie Westra-Nijhuis has been collaborating with Ayfer Koç in the field of her speaking engagements. Ayfer Koç is available as a public speaker, trainer, a moderator on effective leadership, inclusion and diversity, dealing with change and crisis, and talent development & management. Furthermore she is available as a guest lecturer in secondary (vocational) education, and a college or university guest lecturer.

Ayfer Koç is a director, a supervisor, an advisor, a moderator, and a public speaker. With a long track record in the public sector and local politics, she now focuses on issues relating to operational management, finance, leadership, and diversity and inclusion.
